Café Assistant Manager

 

• Qualifications

  • Must have previous knowledge and experience as a cook

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work well in teams

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills

 

Duties will include but not limited to,

• Cooking

  • Making pizza sauce weekly

  • Prepping pizza and sandwich bar

  • Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, plate appearance, and portions

• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

• Directing Staff

• Maintaining an organized and clean kitchen and café

• Making sure the stock rooms are clean and organized

• Assisting in monthly inventory

• Assisting manager with weekly schedule

• Cleaning fryers weekly

Must be available for weekends

Full-Time, wage starts at $17. After 30 days the wage is $18.50.

32 hours vacation after 6 months, annually. Pay ½ medical for individual employee.

Taking guests orders, delivering food, filling drinks, keeping front end clean, organized and stocked.

Hiring for dayshift 30+ hours a week.
